PROJECT OVERVIEW
A magnificent space in Nairobi’s Runda Estate which laid in a craggy state needed several renovations to bring the living space into life. Our able team of handsmen and painters carried out several tasks and were able to bring it into restoration.
EXECUTION STRATEGY
Interior walls were appeared rugged while its paint seemed to peel off. Several windows were broken and the kitchen, washroom and bathroom areas had several places damaged. We painted the walls, ceiling and the windows grills and applied vanish on the floor to give it an exciting look. We also applied down lighters of different color in different rooms.
RESULTS AND OUTCOME
The interior space was sparkly clean after the renovation which allowed the space to be re-occupied again after a long period of non-occupancy.
