PROJECT OVERVIEW
Bomu’s Cake Galore is a cake and confectionaries shop based in Fedha Estate near Telaviv Building in Nairobi. Our approach as per the brief was to create a cake shop and an inhouse bakery. However we initially developed and structured its whole business model in coming up with a a branding strategy, business name and its registration thereof.
EXECUTION STRATEGY
With our inhouse team of “fundis” and craftsmen, out of a clear rental business space, we painted the walls and did a gypsum partition of the front space and kitchen area. The whole business space was fitted with a gypsum ceiling fixed with LED lighting and a backlit signage mounted outside.
RESULTS AND OUTCOME
We achieved a fully functional cake shop and bakery out of a complete new and unfinished space. The space was partitioned, wall painted with business corporate colors in it’s interiors and fitted with LED lightings in a custom fixed ceiling and a backlit signage mounted outdoors.
